All orders are processed within three to five business days. 

Packages can be shipped out Monday through Friday. Depending on the shipping option chosen, packages can be delivered every day of the week.

If Truth Inspired LLC is experiencing a high volume of orders, an email notification with specific details about how it will impact standard turn-around time will be sent out to all subscribers and account holders. Additionally, a message will be added to the website.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.

It is possible at times when collecting non-personally identifiable information through automatic means that we may unintentionally collect or receive personally identifiable information that is mixed in with the non-personally identifiable information.  While we will make reasonable efforts to prevent such incidental data collection, the possibility still exists.  If you believe that we have inadvertently collected your personal information, please notify us at support@truthinspired.com.

Truth Inspired LLC ships to physical and P.O. Box addresses.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the order is processed (three to five business days), you will receive another correspondence with your tracking number.

If you delete your cookies, change browsers or use a different cookie, our cookie (or an opt-out cookie) may no longer work and you will have to re-input (or opt-out) again.

Truth Inspired LLC’s shop is based in Texas; therefore, there is no sales tax on the items currently sold. If tax laws change, or the nature of items we sell expands to taxable items, Truth Inspired LLC will update this Shipping Policy and send an email notification to all subscribers and account holders.

Currently, Truth Inspired LLC does not ship outside of the US.

Truth Inspired LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the shipping box is damaged, please take a picture(s) of the box BEFORE opening it.
